Welcome to 2024 Capital City Flag Football!  

General Information

Adult Flag Football is scheduled either at Krieg Complex in Roy G. Guerrero Park in the southeast Austin area (515 S. Pleasant Valley Rd.) or at Barton & Jaycee Fields in Zilker Metro Park in the central Austin area (off of Azie Morton Rd.). Divisions offered are High, Medium, and Low across Men’s and Co-Ed divisions. Games are offered Wednesdays andThursdays. All teams from each division advance into a single elimination playoff bracket. The winning teams receive a trophy each season.
